We're expanding and need a dedicated professional to manage sales in one of our thriving new communities across the St. Charles, Warren, or Lincoln County areas.

You'll receive the training and support necessary to master our home plans, features, and the entire new construction sales process. As a local builder, our team is right here in O'Fallon, providing personalized support that bigger national builders simply can’t match. You will be instrumental in the success of a community right here in the greater St. Louis region!
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a proven track record in new home sales.
- Be energetic, engaging, and dedicated to providing a satisfying and positive customer experience.
- Be comfortable managing the entire sales cycle, from greeting prospects to closing the final paperwork.
- Be able to work weekends (Sales Team works Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off).
- Thrive in a goal-oriented environment while maintaining a professional and organized approach.
