Houston Homes Honored at Annual HBA Awards Gala

Houston Homes is proud to announce several prestigious wins at the annual The Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri (HBA) Gala & Awards, held on April 16, 2026, at Bogey Hills Golf Club in St. Charles, Missouri. The awards honor excellence in the home building industry and are divided into three categories: Homes of the Year, Marketing & Advertising and Personal Achievement.

2026 Award Highlights

Houston Homes was recognized for its commitment to quality craftsmanship in home building and innovative outreach, earning the following awards:

  • Display Home of the Year (1,800-2,099 square feet): The Arden at New Town at St. Charles
  • Construction Manager of the Year: Josh Mueller, Majestic Lakes & New Town
  • Marketing Director of the Year: Heather James, MBA
  • Best YouTube Commercial, Builder: "Your Peace is our Passion"
  • Best Digital Marketing Campaign, Builder: "Super Summer Savings Event"
  • Best New Home Community Sales Team: Majestic Lakes (Molly Ellzey, Sharon Behlmann, Dylan Hiatt, Terri Faupel, Mark Dettmer, Heather Wichlan, Rachael Sellmann, and Brady Heady)
  • Sales Circle Certificate: Rachael Sellmann

A few of Houston Home's suppliers and partners were also recipients of awards. Audio Advice earned a Best YouTube Commercial, Associate; Chic Lumber earned Best Website, Associate; and Metro Lighting won Best Showroom, Associate. The HBA Awards Program was judged by members of the HBA of Greater Austin and the Building Industry Associations of Central Ohio and San Diego.
