Realtor Commission Paid by Houston Homes, LLC
Below is our standard Realtor Commission Payment schedule.
1st Buyer in Calendar Year: Earn 2.7%
2nd Buyer in Calendar Year: Earn 2.95%
3rd+ Buyer in Calendar Year: Earn 3.2%
All future customers brought to ANY Houston Home community in that same calendar year will be at the higher 3.2%
The more you tell your clients about Houston Homes, LLC, the greater the rewards.
*Realtor commission is paid at closing. The buyer/agent must tell Houston Homes, LLC that they are working together before a contract is signed in order to receive credit.
