The sale arrives at a good time for Missouri residents. While the 2026 real estate market has seen an over 5% year-over-year increase in median sale prices, Houston Homes is committed to lowering the barrier  to entry for high-quality, new homes. With existing real estate inventory remaining low and maintenance costs of older properties rising -- often exceeding 6% of the home's value annually -- building a new home has become a financially savvy alternative.

In addition to base floor plan discounts, Houston Homes will be offering special sale pricing on Quick Move-In homes, perfect for buyers seeking immediate move-in and a quick closing. With several currently under construction, buyers may be able to move in this summer.
