Buyers will enjoy a tiered savings plan that includes:

• $2,500 in Flex Cash for all to-be-built homes: Every new home buyer who will be building their new home will be treated to $2,500 of flex cash to use towards closing costs, a price reduction, additional options and upgrades, or even a rate buydown.
• $2,500 in Additional Flex Cash: New home buyers who spend $35,000 in options and upgrades will receive an additional $2,500 in flex cash to use however needed.
• $4,000 in Additional Flex Cash: New home buyers who spend over $65,000 in options and upgrades will receive an additional $4,000 in flex cash.
